The memory of that light feeling, by which my visits to a polyclinic on the Union Square were always accompanied. Unfortunately, Doctor Lena did not like any of portraits, which I dared to give to her. Certainly, her gentle charm demanded other conditions for shooting instead of an office of the doctor. With portrait of Cyntia it was a little bit easier. Bright woman, she has matched more likely for a photo camera, than for Gauguin's brush. Но есть ещё другая причина почему я здесь. Память о двух персонажах моих портетов: Доктора Лены и медсестры Цинтии. Память о том светлом чувстве, которым всегда сопровождались мои визиты в поликлинику на Юнион Сквер. К сожалению, ни один из портретов которые я дарил Доктору Лене не понравились ей. Конечно, её нежнaя прелесть требовала других условий для съёмки а не кабинет врача. С портретом Цинтии было несколько проще. Яркая женщина подходила скорее для фотокамеры чем для кисти Гогена.
